  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 pound pecan halves
  • 1 large egg white, room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

In a bowl, mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.

Beat egg white and water together until frothy, not stiff.

Add pecans and stir til well coated.

Add sugar mixture, stirring til pecans are well coated.

Spread evenly in a foil-lined cookie sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Separate pecans as they cool.

Store in tightly closed container.
