Zucchini Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • Frosting:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1-3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 2-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 6 large marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, oil & sugar.
Add eggs, beat well.
Add rest of ingredients.

Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 35+ minutes.
Cool and frost.
