Sour Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Mix well and pour over crust:
  • Prepare Zwieback Crust and chill
  • 2 well-beaten eggs
  • 3/4 # softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Bake at 375 °F for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and dust with cinnamon. Let cool to room temperature.
  • Preheat oven to 425 °F. Mix well and pour over cake:
  • 1 1/2 C sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Bake about 5 minutes to glaze. Remove from oven and sprinkle the 2-3T of graham crust that was reserved (see below). Let cool and refrigerate for 6-12 hours.
