  • 2 cups mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup sweet red bell pepper, diced
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 seeded Jalapeno pepper, minced (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cilantro
