Mom's Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 2 cans chili beans
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 2 cans diced tomatos
  • 1 packet chili seasoning
  • 3 chopped whole dill pickles
  • 1 choped onion
  • cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
  • cheddar cheese for topping

Preparation

Step 1

In a skillet brown the hamburger meat and cook the onions. Place drained hamburger, onions, and all other ingredients except the cheese in a slowcooker on medium low heat for 6-8 hours to let the flavors develop.
