Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- 10 oz. can beef broth
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3-4 cups egg noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Cut beef into small pieces. Melt butter and add mushrooms and onions - cook until soft. Remove. Cook beef in same pan until browned. Stir in 2/3 of beef broth, ketchup, garlic and salt. Cover - simmer 15 minutes. Blend remainder of broth and flour. Stir into meat mixture. Add mushrooms and onions. Heat to boiling. Stir in sour cream - just heat do not boil. Serve over noodles.
