Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground ham
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups fine graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Step 1

Mix first five ingredients together and form loaf. Bring to a boil: brown sugar, vinegar, water, and dry mustard. Boil 5 minutes and pour over loaves. Bake at 325 degrees. Big loaf= 2 hours; Little loaf= 1 hr.
