Ingredients
- cream cheese 1 (3-ounce) package
- mayonnaise 3/4 cups
- mozzarella cheese 1 cups shredded
- cheddar cheese 1 cups shredded
- seasoned salt 1/8 teaspoon
- garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
- butter 2 tablespoons softened
- bread 10 slices
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in cheeses, garlic powder and season salt.
Spread five slices of bread with the cheese mixture, about 1/3 cup on each.
Top with remaining bread.
Butter the outside of the sandwiches.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, toast the sandwiches about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the bread is slightly browned.
