Ingredients

  • 150 g (5 cups) Crispy Brown Rice Cereal
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 150 g (~3/4 cup) Date Syrup
  • 138 g (1/2 cup) Homemade Cinnamon Raisin Chia Seed Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 5 packets Truvia (or sweetener of choice)
  • 21 g (1 scoop) Vanilla Brown Rice Protein Powder (I used SunWarrior)
  • heaped 1/3 cup Raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Line an 8" brownie pan with parchment paper both ways.
In a large bowl, add the rice krispies and salt.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the date syrup and nut butter. Microwave for 20 seconds, or until softened and slightly warm. Stir in the cinnamon and truvia and microwave for another 20 seconds.
Stir the protein powder into the microwaved mixture.
Scoop the wet ingredients over the rice krispies and carefully fold together. Scoop the mixture into the prepared pan and flatten. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then slice and serve!
