Ingredients
- FOR SALAD:
- 6 cups fresh spinach, washed thoroughly, drained, placed in bag in fridge to crisp
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 6 slices bacon, fried crisp, blotted, and crumbled
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, shredded
- swiss cheese
- FOR SALAD DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Place torn spinach (stems and veins removed) into a large salad bowl. Add onions. Place in fridge until ready to toss with dressing.
2.) Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper together in small saucepan. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and immediately pour over spinach and onions.
3.) Toss salad together. Fill chilled salad bowls/plates and garnish with crumbled bacon, shredded egg, and swiss cheese.
