Balsamic Vinegar Pork Tenderloin

  • 1/4 c oil
  • 1 c balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • salt & pepper
  • pork tenderloin



Step 1

Mix first 4 ingredients in large plastic food storage bag. Place roast in bag and marinate for 30 minutes. Remove pork and season with salt & pepper.

Cook on medium-hot grill for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until meat reaches 160 degrees.
