Ingredients
- Toppings:
- 2 Pablano Peppers
- 1 lg red bell pepper
- 1 med. sweet onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 14oz zesty chili style diced tomatoes
- 3 cups cooked chicken
- 1 can navy beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 12oz can beer
- 1 env. white chicken chili mix
- Limes
- Cilantro
- sour cream
- cheese
- tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
Saute first 4 ingr. in hot oil in lg Dutch oven over med-heat 8 min. or until veggies are tender. Stir in diced tomatoes and next 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil over med-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 hour. Serve with desired toppings
