Cornish Hens with Orange Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 Cornish hens
  • 1 6oz can of frozen orange juice concentrate thawed
  • ½ cup A-1 Steak Sauce
  • ¼ cup dry sherry
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sauce ingredients togehter. Cut hens in half and lay cut side down in pan. Roast hens in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes and then baste with sauce until hens are nicely browned and done (about 20 to 30 minutes depending on size of hens.
I serve this with a wild rice mix or couscous and green beans.
