Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground hamburger
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 to 1 lb spaghetti
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 can italian tomato soup - must be italian
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 cans milk
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozz cheese (Sue uses 2 cups)
Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger with onion. drain and sprinkle with 1 tsp salt. break spaghetti into thirds. cook with a little salt and bay leaves. drain. in large bowl combine hamburger mixture, spaghetti, soups, milk, and 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese. put into 9x13 baking dish. sprinkle with rest of cheese and bake 1 hour at 350.
