Baked Chicken Breasts with Parmesan Crust

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Thyme leaves
  • Kosher Salt
  • 4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 3/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Cooking Spray

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450'.
Mix mustard, thyme, 1/2 tsp. salt in a medium bowl. Add chicken breasts and coat completely.
In a medium bowl, combine parmesan cheese, and panko. Dredge chicken in the panko mixture coating heavily, and press the coating into the meat.

Cover a cookie sheet with foil. Set the chicken pieces on a rack and put on the cookie sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes till the chicken is golden brown.
