- Cranberry Ice
- 2 C Cranberries
- 1 C water
- 1 C sugar
- juice of one lemon
- Cook berries and water for 10 minutes until skins begin to pop. Force them through a colander. To pulp add sugar and lemon. Freeze. Remove from freezer and beat and refreeze. Need to double recipe.
