Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  • 4 Med. Potatoes (2lbs) peeled & cubed
  • 4 large garlic cloves, peeled and halved
  • 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp reduced stick margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • dash ground white pepper

Cooking time 30mins


Step 1

Place potatoes & garlic in large sauce pan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat. Cook 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and return potatoes and garlic to pan. Beat 1 minute with mixture until smooth. Add sour cream and rest of ingredients. Beat until well blended. 4 servings (1 cup) = 3 pt.'s.
