  • 1 1/2 c ham cubes
  • 1/2 lb pork sausage
  • 1 lg onion sliced
  • 1 lg garlic clove
  • 2 15 oz cans white beans
  • 1/4 c dry white wine (may subst. Chicken broth)
  • 1 1/2 t Bavarian seasoning


Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 65mins


Step 1

Sauté sausage, breaking into small pieces as it cooks. Remove and sauté onion and garlic in drippings. Drain well. Put all in casserole dish with ham, sausage, beans, wine and seasoning add salt and pepper to taste. Bake 350 deg for 45 mins.
