Ingredients
- Baste Mix:
- 1 lb. of spare ribs per person (fresh not smoked) cut into 1-2 rib portions.
- 2 tbs. water
- 2 tbs. maple syrup
- 4 tbs. soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Bake at 300 degrees, slowly. Baste every 15 minutes until brown and crispy. Allow at least one hour. Make another portion of baste if necessary.
