Sweet and Sour Spareribs+

Ingredients

  • Baste Mix:
  • 1 lb. of spare ribs per person (fresh not smoked) cut into 1-2 rib portions.
  • 2 tbs. water
  • 2 tbs. maple syrup
  • 4 tbs. soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Bake at 300 degrees, slowly. Baste every 15 minutes until brown and crispy. Allow at least one hour. Make another portion of baste if necessary.
