Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lg can tomato sauce
- 1 lg can tomato paste
- 2/3 c catsup
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c Worcestershire
- Few drops Tabasco
- 1 t paprika
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1/2 t chili powder
- 1/4 t red pepper flake
- 2 t meat extract ( gravy master)
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat, breaking into small pieces. Drain off fat. Sauté onion. Add to meat and all other ingredients. Simmer at least several hours.
