Ingredients
- 4 Qts. Tomatos, cored and chopped
- 3 Cups Onions, chopped
- 2 Cups Carrots, sliced
- 2 Cups Celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 Cups Green Peppers, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and cook until very soft on medium heat. Press through a food mill. Cook pulp until thick, about 1 1/2 hours. Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
Pour, hot, into hot Ball jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space. Adjust caps. Process half pints and pints 45 minutes in boiling water bath.
