Ingredients
- 5 C. shredded cabbage
- 1 1/2 C. shredded carrots
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1 (6 oz) frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
- 1/3 C. cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 T. vegetable oil
- 3/4 t. celery seeds
- 1/4 t. salt
- 3/4 t. prepared mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine apple juice concentrate and remaining ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill 8 hours.
