FLUFFY PEANUT BUTTER PIE

Ingredients

• 1/2 stick margarine
• 1 - 1/2 c. crushed oreos
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1 c, smooth or crunchy peanut butter
• 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 2 - 3 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1 t. vanilla
• 1 c. whipped whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt margarine and combine with cookie crumbs. Put in 9 inch cookie plate and chill.

2. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; add peanut butter and condensed milk, beating until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla; fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust.

3. Chill 4 hours or until set. Garnish as desired.
