Squash and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Squash 1/4 inch slices
  • Red skinned potatoes 1/4 inch slices
  • 1 medium side onion set aside

Preparation

Step 1

Fry 2 strips of bacon in a large frying pan, drain drippings.
Place squash, potatoes and onions in pan.

Add 1/4 cup of water and season to taste.

Cover and cook on low heat until done
