Ingredients

  • 3 cans Progresso Black Beans (drained and mixed)
  • 2 cans yellow and white corn (drained)
  • 2 cans Del Monte Fiesta Corn (drained)
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 1 large yellow pepper
  • 1 large orange pepper
  • 1/4 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 6-8 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 Tblsp Cumen
  • 1 cup lite italian dressing

Preparation
