Ingredients

  • 1 package of King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1/2 to 1 pound ham deli meat
  • Provolone or swiss cheese, thinly sliced
  • TOPPING 1
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoon worcheshire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • dash of onion powder
  • TOPPING 2
  • Dill pickle slices
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 stick of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the rolls in half and line the bottom of a baking pan with the bottoms of the rolls. Layer the ham slices, then cheese (add pickle slice if using) and place the top half back on.

Mix together topping of choice. Pour over the buns, drenching each one. Cover tightly and marinade anywhere from 4 to 24 hours.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the rolls are a toasted brown.
