- 1 6 1/2 oz can crab meat (drained)
- 1 cup swiss cheese shredded
- 5 large egge
- 1 1/4 cups half n half
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Step 1
Sprinkle cheese into pie shell.
Beat eggs, mix with milk and seasoning.
Pour over cheese.
Sprinkle crab meat over pie.
Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees
