  • 1 can artichoke hearts – 14 oz in water.
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • a little mince onion


Cooking time 15mins


Step 1

Chop artichokes into bite sized pieces. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Place in an oven proof dish. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
