Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts – 14 oz in water.
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- a little mince onion

Preparation
Step 1
Chop artichokes into bite sized pieces. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Place in an oven proof dish. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
