Cranberry Jello mold

yummy for thanksgiving instead of traditional cranberry sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot wateer
  • 2 packages of 3 oz rasberry jello (can use cranberry if rasberry unavailable)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 2 gated apples
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve the gelatin in hot water. then add 1 cup of cold water plus the lemon juice, !/4 cup cold water and the pineapple.
Mix well and leave in the refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours.
Add cranberry sauce, apples and walnuts. fold into a mold and chill until set.
