Ingredients
- 1 cup hot wateer
- 2 packages of 3 oz rasberry jello (can use cranberry if rasberry unavailable)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 large can jellied cranberry sauce
- 2 gated apples
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve the gelatin in hot water. then add 1 cup of cold water plus the lemon juice, !/4 cup cold water and the pineapple.
Mix well and leave in the refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours.
Add cranberry sauce, apples and walnuts. fold into a mold and chill until set.
