Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp tomato juice
- 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Lightly grease a loaf pan and press in mixture. Bake 45 minutes in preheated 350 F oven.
