Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbls cider vinegar
- 3/4 ts garlic, minced
- 1/4 ts pepper
- 2 Tbls water

Step 1
Whisk together sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, pepper, and water. Pour sauce over chicken in slow cooker.
Slow cook on low about 3 hrs.
Serve with your choice of vegetables and steamed rice. Or for a real treat, try it in Better-Than-Takeout Chicken Fried Rice.
