Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites

  • Dash of Salt

  • 1 cup of marshmallow cream

Directions

Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in marsh. cream until completely blended and whites no longer slip when bowl is tilted. Spread meringue over hot filling, starting with small amounts at the edges and sealing to crust all around. Cover pie with remaining meringue, spreading evenly in swirls. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until peaks are lightly brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
