Walnut Crescents

Ingredients

• 1 cp butter
• confectioner’s sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cp finely ground walnuts
• 1 ¾ cps flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter. Add ½ cp confectioner’s sugar and vanilla and beat until light
Stiir in walnuts and flour until well blended
Wrap dough in wax paper and chill well
Preheat oven too 300
Shape dough into crescents
Place on ungreased cookie sheets and bake for 18-20 mins
Cool on wire racks.
Sift confectioner’s sugar over tops
Makes about 5 dz
