Chili Rubbed Pork Chops

  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 4 boneless white pork chops
  • 1 1/2 cups salsa
  • 3/4 cup drained and rinsed chick peas
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp parsley



Step 1

Mix 1 tbsp olive oil with chili powder. Rub over pork chops. Next, sear them on both sides, over medium heat, in a frying pan with 1/2 tbsp olive oil.

Add salsa, chick peas, tomato and parsley. Cover and simmer over med heat for about 30-40 minutes
