Ingredients
- 16 oz mint chocolate cups or mint kisses
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 large chocolate graham cracker crust

Step 1
Melt chocolate and butter in a double broiler. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt on high speed until it triples in volume, about 5 mins. Sprinkle flour on top and mix in. Fold in the melted chocolate. Pour into crust and bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Do not over cook. The center should be firm, but not set. Top with andes mints and whip cream.
*I had to cook this about 15 mins to have it done
