Lemonade Cookies #2

Ingredients

• 1 box white cake mix
• powdered presweetened Countrytime lemonade (to make 2 quarts)
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup plus 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix it all together, drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 for 7-8 minutes until golden.

Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
