Ingredients
- 1/2 whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- dash of white pepper
- 3 tbsp horseradish

Step 1
In a small bowl, beat cream, mustard, and pepper unitl soft peak form. Fold in horseradich. Serve with Beef Roast. Store covered in refrigerator.
