Ingredients
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 C coleslaw mix
- 2 T creamy peanut butter
- 4 flour tortillas (8”, warmed)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 C. chicken, cut into small pieces

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk the oil, peanut butter, onions, soy sauce and pepper until combined. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Sprinkle ¼ C coleslaw mix over each tortilla; top with the chicken mixture. Roll tightly.
