Ingredients
- bread 1 loaf cubed and dried
- onion 1/2 cup chopped
- celery 1 cup chopped
- butter 2/3 cup
- pepper 2 teaspoons
- eggs 3
- salt 1/2 teaspoon
- sage 1 teaspoon
- poultry seasoning 1 teaspoon
- chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and celery in butter until softened
Combine onion mixture with bread cubes, pepper, eggs, salt, sage, and poultry seasoning in a large bowl
Stir in broth until well moistened
Enough for 8-10 pound turkey
Or bake in a covered buttered casserole dish at 325° for about 35-45 minutes
Remove the cover the last 5 minutes to brown
(1 loaf of bread cubed = 9 cups of bread cubes)
