Egg and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

  • :
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 pt. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 moon cheese (Cheddar), grated
  • 1/2 to 3/4 loaf day old or older bread, remove crust, cube

Preparation

Step 1

Layer in 9 x 13 inch casserole, bread, eggs, cheese; repeat with cheese on top. Store in refrigerator for 24 hours; melt 1/3 stick of butter and drizzle on top.
