Pumpkin Pecan Bundt Cakes

  • ½ c butter softened
  • 1 1/3 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 ¼ c pumpkin
  • Cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and pumpkin,



Step 1

1 ½ c flour
2 t baking powder
salt, cinnamon, nutmeg
½ c chopped pecans

Sift together add to the other ingredients. Stir in pecans. Fill greased muffin tins.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and maple sugar

400° for 20-25 min.
