- 1 1/3 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 ¼ c pumpkin
- Cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and pumpkin,

Step 1
1 ½ c flour
2 t baking powder
salt, cinnamon, nutmeg
½ c chopped pecans
Sift together add to the other ingredients. Stir in pecans. Fill greased muffin tins.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and maple sugar
400° for 20-25 min.
