Ingredients
- 1 tube of 8 Pilsbury Buttermilk Biscuits
- 1 lb Ground Beef - Browned and drained
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and drain.
Add next 4 ingredients and mix well.
Put biscuits in greased muffin tins and shape into cups
Sprinkle a small amount of shredded cheese into the bottom of each biscuit cup.
Spoon in meat mixture into cups and top with more shredded cheese.
Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool a few minutes to remove easily.
