Marbled Chocolate Bark Recipe

Sweet and simple to make, this bark has plenty of bite with an indulgent combination of semisweet chocolate, white chocolate, sliced almonds and dried cranberries.

Ingredients
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
1. Line a large baking sheet with nonstick foil. Melt chocolates in separate microwavable bowls on high 2 minutes, stirring once or twice, until almost melted. Let stand 1 minute; stir until completely melted and smooth.
2. Alternately spoon melted chocolates onto prepared baking sheet and carefully spread out into a 14 x 10-in. rectangle. With an offset spatula, swirl chocolates together to create a marbled effect. Scatter almonds and cranberries evenly over chocolate. Let stand at room temperature until firm and set (or refrigerate for 1 hour to set). Break into large pieces.
