Ingredients
- 3/4 unsalted butter
- 1/4 brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 flour
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 bag skor toffee bits
- 1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Line 9" pan with parchment paper
3. Beat together butter with sugar until fluffy. Beat in vanilla.
4. With mixer on low speed mix in flour and graham cracker crumbs. Press mixture into pan.
5. Bake in over for about 20 minutes.
6. Pour sweetened condensed milk into 8 cup measuring cup. Microwave on medium (50% power) for 4 minutes, stirring after 2. Pour in toffee bits. Microwave on defrost for 8 minutes, stirring every 2.
7. Pour over baked crust and refridgerate for 30 minutes.
8. Melt chocolate chips and spread over filling. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
