Ingredients
- italian seasoning
- refrigerated pizza crust 1 (10-ounce) tube
- marinara sauce 1 jar
- mozzarella cheese cup shredded
- pepperoni 1/4 pound
- flour 1/4 cup
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
On a lightly floured work surface, unroll pizza dough into a rectangular shape
Cover top of pizza dough with a light coating of marinara sauce
Cover sauce evenly with pepperoni overlapping slightly
Add mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle with italian seasoning
Roll dough starting from the short side of the rectangle
Seal by pinching the edges and tuck ends under
Place roll. sealed side down on a cookie sheet and cook for 12 minutes on middle rack
Place cookie sheet on bottom rack and bake for an additional 12 minutes
Let cool for approximately 10 minutes
Slice roll into 1/2 inch slices and serve
