Ingredients
- 6 cups cold (day old) rice
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- Pinch of granulated garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- Splash of white vinegar
- 1 dozen eggs
- 2 bottles gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 bag frozen baby peas
- 2 chicken breasts
- Canola oil
Preparation
Step 1
Take the rice and "mush" it by hand with the soy sauce and garlic powder.
Marinate the chicken breast in garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and bay leaf.
Boil the chicken in a large pot until fully cooked.
Scramble the eggs and make an omelet. Set aside.
Boil the peas on stove, set aside.
Fry the rice and throw it all together
