Pudding Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 roll refrigerated sugar slice'n bake cookies
  • 4 oz. box instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
  • 3/4 c. dark Karo corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Slice cookie dough into 1/4 inch slices, place in ungreased 13 x 9- inch baking pan. Press dough over bottom and 3/4 inch up sides of pan.

In medium size mixing bowl, combine instant pudding mix,pecans, corn syrup, milk and egg, mix well. Pour mixture into crust. Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes or until edges are deep golden and filling is set. Cool, cut into squares. Top with cool whip or whipped cream.
