  • 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2/3 c. Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Melted Butter
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 c. freshly cut Corn Kernels
  • Oil for frying

Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 15mins


Step 1

Beat eggs with milk, salt, & butter. Sift flour with baking powder and beat until smooth. Stir in corn.
Fry by 1/3 cupfulls on griddle turn when golden brown. Cook until done through.
