Ingredients
- 6 cups Red Delicious apple, cubed and peeled
- 1/2 C. raisins
- 1/3 C. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 C. vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 2 T. honey
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; toss gently. Combine yogurt and honey in a bowl; stir well. Add to apple mixture; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour.
