Maple Pork Ribs (in slow cooker)

Ingredients
- pork ribs 2 pounds boneless country style trimmed and cut into 3-inch pieces
- canola oil 1 1/3 tablespoons
- onions 2 mediums cut into 1/4-inch slices
- maple syrup 6 tablespoons
- Dijon style mustard 1/4 cup

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, brown ribs in oil on all sides drain.
Place ribs and onion in a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker.
Combine syrup and mustard pour over ribs.
Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours or until meat is tender.
